Who Can Attend?

Our Cambridge Summer School is designed for students aged 13-24, catering to a wide range of academic interests and career goals. Whether you are interested in exploring new subjects or deepening your understanding of a particular field, our expert tutors provide a personalised and enriching learning experience. Students are divided into three age groups to ensure that the programme meets their developmental needs. For Advanced Courses, applicants must be aged 18-24 and have completed at least two years of undergraduate study (or equivalent) by the course start date.

Stay in the City of Cambridge

For ages 13-15: Staying in the City of Cambridge offers a rich array of experiences. City tours and orientations by our Cambridge summer school staff provide a thorough introduction to the city, while planned activities, excursions, and group exploration allow students to immerse themselves in the local culture. For ages 16-17: The experience is enhanced with evening socials and diverse activities, fostering opportunities for socializing and personal growth. Excursions become full-day trips, enabling students to explore the city and its surroundings more thoroughly. Free time is incorporated, providing flexibility to organise activities with new friends. For ages 18-24: A focus on evening socials, college visits, and industry insights discussions offers a mature and comprehensive Cambridge summer school experience. Free time allows for self-directed exploration and activities with peers. Formal dinners and a graduation ceremony mark the culmination of the Cambridge summer school experience, providing a sense of accomplishment and celebration. Accommodation

Students will stay in one of the well-known colleges in Cambridge, such as Fitzwilliam College, Sidney Sussex College, and Corpus Christi College. Accommodation will be assigned based on availability and the student’s age group.

Food and catering

Ages 13-15: Full-board accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. Ages 16-17 and 18-24: Half-board accommodation with breakfast and dinner. Lunch is not included, but staff will provide recommendations for local restaurants.
